Our 5-layer sintered wire mesh is a standard and widely used type of sintered wire mesh . A single layer of fine woven wire mesh is placed between two layers of coarser square woven meshes, which is then added to two layers of a strong Dutch woven wire mesh and sintered together to form a strong plate.

Our 5-layer sintered wire mesh is a standard and widely used type of sintered wire mesh . A single layer of fine woven wire mesh is placed between two layers of coarser square woven meshes, which is then added to two layers of a strong Dutch woven wire mesh and sintered together to form a strong plate. The single layer of fine woven wire mesh acts as the filtration layer, and can be customized to meet a particular filtration rating, ranging from 1 micron to 300 microns.

1.High strength: after sintering in vacuum, the multi-layer metal mesh has extremely high mechanical strength and pressure-resistance performance.

2.Excellent precision: uniform filtering performance on 1-200um particle size.

3.Heat resistance:-200°C-600°C

4.Washable/cleanable, can be used repeatedly, thus support long working life.
